No, we don’t require electricity as we are propane based.

We would need enough space for a 5-foot cart and a 6-foot table. They’re both about 3 feet
wide.

Our equipment cannot be carried upstairs due to its weight and liability concerns. If there is
pressure to move the equipment upstairs, it will result in an automatic cancellation of the
booking without a refund. Please note that hosts or other individuals cannot carry the equipment
either, as it poses safety and liability risks.

No, we cannot cook indoors because it poses a fire hazard and violates safety regulations.

The Wanted Taco Cancellation Policy

• Rain or Shine Policy:
  The Wanted Taco serves events like rain or shine.
• Refund Policy for Deposits:
  • To receive a 100% refund on your deposit, cancellations must be made at least one week prior to your scheduled event.
  • Cancellations made within the week prior to the scheduled event will result in no refund of the deposit.
• 24-Hour and Same-Day Cancellations:
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours or on the day of the event will result in no refund of the deposit and require 50% of the total payment as reflected on the issued invoice.
• No-Shows or Failure to Notify:
  • If no verbal or written cancellation is provided to the coordinator, it will be treated as a no-show, resulting in no refund and 100% of the total payment as reflected on the issued invoice.

You can pay your remaining balance on the day of the event using cash or card. There are
no service fees for card payments. If you prefer to pay by check, please contact the event
coordinator in advance to make arrangements.

Yes, we are based out of a restaurant. We are licensed and regulated by the Orange County
Health Department.

Absolutely! We’re happy to provide any required documents, including a W-9 Form,
insurance certificate, or any other paperwork needed to ensure your event runs smoothly.
