By placing a deposit, you engage in our services and agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
SECTION 1 – Privacy Statement
The Wanted Taco values your privacy. Any personal information shared with us, including credit card details, addresses, phone numbers, etc., is for internal use only and remains strictly confidential. We do not share, distribute, or sell your information to any third party.
SECTION 2 – Deposit Policy
To finalize your booking and reserve your event date, a deposit of $100 is required. Simply filling out a quote form or contacting a coordinator does not confirm your booking. The ONLY way to reserve a date is by placing a deposit.
SECTION 3 – Catering Policy
Please carefully review the details of your package and invoice. Our catering team does NOT make meat quesadillas, burritos, or mulitas. These items are only available if explicitly stated in your package or previously agreed upon with an event coordinator.
Taco catering events include 2 hours of serving time. Each additional hour incurs an extra $100 charge.
If you request early service, our catering team will still leave after the 2-hour service period.
For health and safety reasons, The Wanted Taco cannot cook homemade products on our grills or cook inside buildings, apartments, or venues due to sanitation and fire hazard concerns.
Customers may keep any leftover food/condiments from the taco bar if requested. We provide containers for any remaining meat, rice, beans, chips, and condiments.
SECTION 4 – Tipping/Gratuity
Tipping is entirely optional and at the customer’s discretion. While not required, tips and gratuities are greatly appreciated by our staff.
SECTION 5 – Cancellation Policy
The Wanted Taco caters events rain or shine. However, to receive a full refund of your deposit, cancellations must be made at least one week before your scheduled event.
Cancelling within one week of your event will result in no refund of the deposit.
Cancelling within 24 hours of the event or on the event day will result in no refund and you will be responsible for 50% of the total payment as reflected on the invoice.
No-shows or events without proper written cancellation via email may result in no refund, and you will be responsible for 100% of the total payment.
SECTION 6 – Final Payment
Final payments are due on the day of your event. We accept card, cash, or check payments. Please note that late payments may incur a late fee. If you require an extension for payment, please inform the event coordinator before the event.
DISCLAIMER
To avoid delays in our catering setup, please inform the event coordinator of any potential obstacles such as limited parking, hostile pets, or restricted access before the event. The Wanted Taco will not service events that require our team to transport equipment up several stairs/steps or through sand. Our equipment is heavy and must be set up on stable, level ground. If, upon arrival, our team finds that the setup area requires going up several stairs or through sand, the event is subject to cancellation with no refund. Clients are responsible for ensuring a safe and accessible setup area, as well as covering any parking fees or entry costs required for the event location (i.e. regional park entrances, special events, etc.). Service time will not be extended or discounted due to access issues, unsafe conditions, or parking delays.
SECTION 7 – Photo/Video Policy
At The Wanted Taco, we love to capture the memorable moments and delicious food from the events we cater. By hiring us for your event or engaging with our social media, you agree to the following:
Consent: By hiring us, you consent to being photographed or recorded during the event. These images and videos may be used for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and other marketing materials.
Usage: We may use photos and videos to showcase event setups, dishes, and memorable moments positively and respectfully.
Privacy: If you or your guests prefer not to be featured in our media, please inform us in advance. If you see any content you'd like removed, contact us at thewantedtaco@gmail.com, and we will address your request promptly.
