Taco Catering in Orange County

We never get tired of visiting Orange. For us, its always pleasant traveling close by and catering for a birthday party but at the same time its always nice taking a break from Santa Ana as well. This weeks party was for a birthday and we were more than happy to be apart of it. Big shoutout to Janet for giving us this awesome opportunity to serve our tacos at her daughters birthday. We arrived at about 5:00pm to start cooking onsite and began preparing our meats, quesadillas, condiments, and can’t forget about the ice cold Horchata they requested. As soon as we turned on the grill and threw on our seasoned Al Pastor, you could tell all the guests were ready for some tacos by the look they had on their face.

Our serving time was from 6:00pm to 8:00pm. 15 minutes before serving, we always throw on some quesadillas on the grill because who doesn’t love quesadillas? Especially when they’re hot and ready to be consumed. Kids ALWAYS love the quesadillas. After the quesadillas were done, we prepared a couple of packs of tortillas just to make sure we could feed everyone in a fair amount of time. The Wanted Taco is strict on time! So we always do our best to make sure we are on time and that is exactly what we did. Janet ordered Carne Asada, Carnitas, and Al Pastor as her three meat choices. Most people favored the Carne Asada and came back for seconds. The Horchata was definitely a hit. Everyone raved about the Asada and you could tell that everyone favored the Asada by the looks of the dish towards the end of the party. Guests aren’t the only people who enjoy the party! Our taco man also had a great time staying cool in this Orange County weather even though summer is around the corner. When it hit 8:00pm we packed up and left Janet the left overs. Even though everyone ate plenty of food, there was still plenty of left overs for the family that we left behind. Thanks again Janet!
